We are an independent, Home Information Pack (HIP) provider and we will compile and supply you with a complete and compliant HIP tailored to your properties requirements.
We are also accredited Domestic Energy Assessors (DEAs) who can assess the energy performance of your property and supply you with an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) either as part of the Home Information Pack (HIP) or as a stand alone product giving you information about energy saving measures you could adopt in your home.
Rainbow Energy Assessors are also property consultants covering the complete spectrum, including Mortgages, Secured Loans, and our Home Check Energy Assessment. If you are running a business, we have you covered too, as of 1st October 2008, all commercial property will require a Display Energy Certificate (DEC) this new legislation will include shops, workshops, basically any premises that the public have access to. As a these new regulations are implemented Rainbow Energy Assessors are happy to advise on how the process will work (subject to government change).
